Welcome to the Weapon Rebalance mod! This mod aims to bring all weapons together in a happy package. Both energy weapons and missiles have been completely reexamined: special care has been taken to ensure each weapon is worth using. Blatantly overpowered weapons have been nerfed. Ammo based weapons now use energy (but are very efficient). Missiles are cheaper, weaker, and are no longer meant to dominate the game.

Adds energy to the ship consuming Ecells in the process.
It adds about 10% of the max energy each time it is used.
This is a multi touch hotkey, 1 press will add laser energy, 2 will add shield energy.
This effect is applied instantly.
As with installing any scriptmod make a backup of your saves first.

This improves Fighter target selection and combat behaviour. Fighters gain situation awareness and become significantly more effective and deadly.
The targetting script makes fighters choose targets intelligently based on the danger the target does and how quickly they can kill it. The more damage they can kill per second, the better.
The fighter AI replaces the stock in-sector fight script with a much more sophisticated version that enables fighters to "see" if they are being shot at.
